How Do I Process a Refund Using MojoPay?

Log-in to your MojoPay merchant account

Navigate to “Transaction History”

Find the transaction you need to refund, and copy the “Transaction ID”

To process the refund, click on “Virtual Terminal” in the menu bar, and then click “Refund”

Enter the Transaction ID and the Amount that you would like to refund, and click the “Refund” button

Your refund has now been processed! You will be taken to a confirmation page, and the refund will appear in your “Transaction History”

If your refund fails, MojoCORE will give you the response code
